At Charlie Loves Coco, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer an exchange policy as follows:

• Exchanges must be requested within 2 weeks of the original purchase date.
•  Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
• The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with exchanging items by mail.
• Online purchases can also be exchanged in-store at Charlie Loves Coco.

Please note that we do not offer refunds, only exchanges.
